problem with hebrew write

hi people, lately I`ve started to experience some problem,which causes me to write gibrish every time I`m trying to write in hebrew (in the explorer).I have no problem to read hebrew. I tried to fix the problem with the advice which was written in FAQ at the top of this forum - but it didn`t work. if somebody have an advice - please help me.. thanx ahead

כנס ללוח בקרה

בחר ב"הגדרות שפה" אני לא יודע איך זה בעברית אבל באנגלית לאייקון קוראים "optinos reginoal and language" שם כנס ללשונית האמצעית ובחר "פרטים" תראה את התמונה שצירפתי. אם יש שם עברית אז אני לא יודע מה לאמר לך. אם אין שם פשוט תוסיף.

כניסה ללוח בקרה.

בחירה ב"אפשריות שפה" בחירה בלשונית האמצעית. (בשם שפות) בחירה בכפתור "פרטים" הגעת למסך. בהצלחה.
