In the summer of 1957, at a small-town summer camp named Crystal Lake, a young boy named Jason Voorhees drowned in Crystal Lake because the counselors were too busy exploring each other than watching Jason. Jason went out too far into the lake and did not know how to swim. He drowned, calling for his mother as he went under. A year later, the camp is re-opened, when two camp counselors, Barry and Claudette, allegedly the same two who let Jason drown, snuck away from a group rendition of "Tom Dooley," for another attempt at enhancing their pleasure. However, someone is waiting for them and brutally murders them with a knife. Over the course of the next 20 years, several attempts to re-open the camp were stalled for various reasons, which included bad water in 1962 and a series of fires. Finally, in 1978, Steve Christy, son of the original camp's owners, decided once and for all to open the camp and forget about its storied past. After spending more than $25,000 and over a year at the camp fixing it up, final preparations were being made, and all the counselors were arriving, except one. Annie, who was to be the camp cook, came to town to try to hitch a ride for the 20-mile trek to camp. After being warned by the townspeople and town loony Crazy Ralph to stay away from "Camp Blood," she hitched a ride with a local out to the crossroads, halfway to camp. She then got halfway down the crossroads when a mysterious jeep picked her up. When the turn for camp came, the driver deliberately drove past and drove in the wrong direction. Annie, noticing the error, bails out. But the driver chases her down into the woods and slits her throat with a hunting knife. Meanwhile, Steve Christy leaves camp to run errands in town and the counselors, Bill, Alice, Brenda, Jack, Marcie and Ned continue to work. After some typical teenage antics and continued warnings from Crazy Ralph and the local policeman, the counselors prepare to close up for the night in lieu of a bad storm that is threatening the mid-summer sky. Ned, who notices Jack and Marcie "getting close," turns to head to his cabin, when he notices something in the darkness. He goes into the cabin to check it out and never comes out. As the storm begins, Jack and Marcie shack up with each other for the night, and Bill, Alice and Brenda decide to play an erotic game of strip monopoly. When Jack and Marcie make love, a flash of lightning reveals the horror that lies above them-- Ned's body--with his throat slit. After their rendez-vous, Marcie leaves to go to the bathroom cabin and Jack waits for her to come back to keep him warm. Jack then lights up a joint to pass the time when Ned's blood drips down on him from the top bunk. Before he can react, Jack gets an arrow from the archery range through his neck from the unseen assailant under the bed. At the bathroom cabin, Marcie is relieving herself when she hears a noise that she thinks is Jack coming to play a prank on her. She heads toward the showers and moves the curtain, but nothing is there. When she turns around, however, the killer attacks her and annihilates her with a deadly axe swing to the face. In the meantime, Brenda, Bill and Alice's game of strip monopoly is just getting interesting when the door blows open in the storm, causing Brenda to remember leaving her windows open in her cabin. She leaves and Bill and Alice stay to clean up. Back in town, Steve Christy finishes up his dinner at a local diner and decides to head back to camp. Halfway there, his jeep stalls and a policeman gives him a lift. Once Brenda gets settled in her cabin, she hears a child's pleas for help in the woods. She goes into the woods to investigate and winds up in the archery range. Then all of a sudden, the lights are turned on, revealing that Brenda is standing directly in front of one of the targets..... At the same time, Alice notices the lights being on and tells Bill, who leads their investigation. In Brenda's cabin, they find a bloody axe. Alice wants to leave, but Bill persists, and they decide to go call for help. The phone lines are cut and so is the power to their truck, which won't start. Alice again wants to hike out of the camp, but Bill convinces her that all is well and they decide to stay. The officer giving Steve a ride is en route, when an emergency call comes in to the officer and he is forced to drop Steve off short of the camp. Steve walks the rest of the way, and when he arrives, he is blinded by a light. Steve, who at first had no clue what was going on, then recognizes who has the light. But it's too late. Steve falls victim to a knife in the stomach. The power is then cut to the camp and Bill goes to check the generator while Alice decides to get some sleep. Bill checks the generator and all appears well. Alice then wakes up a short time later and goes to look for Bill. Instead, what she finds is Bill pinned to the generator door with arrows. Alice goes berserk and locks herself in her cabin. But then, as Alice stands by a window, the body of Brenda is thrown through the window, sending Alice frantically running out of the cabin, and right toward an oncoming jeep. The jeep stops and out comes Mrs. Pamela Voorhees, who identifies herself as "an old friend of the Christy's." Alice thinks that Mrs. Voorhees is there to help, when in fact, it is Mrs. Voorhees who is the killer. She has been responsible for all the problems over the years with the camp ever since her son Jason drowned in 1957. So Mrs. Voorhees tells Alice that, "I couldn't let them open this place again, could I?" and all hell breaks loose. Alice manages to escape the clutches of Mrs. Voorhees and run off into the woods to hide, with Mrs. Voorhees not far behind.....

הסרט השני:

"I told the others...They didn't believe me!" Two months after the horror at Camp Crystal Lake, Alice, the only survivor of Mrs. Voorhees' tirade of terror, is trying to put her life back together. After a nightmare awakens her and she is scared half to death by a stray cat, Alice decides to make a cup of tea. However, when she opens her refrigerator door, she finds the very horror she is trying to forget-- the severed head of Mrs. Voorhees. She screams, but before she can get away, an unseen prowler grabs her and plunges an icepick into her temple. Five years later, Paul Holt opens a counselor training center at Camp Packanack Lodge, on Crystal Lake, opposite Camp Crystal Lake. As the counselor trainees arrive, Crazy Ralph again spouts his gospel and tries to warn them of the pending danger, but it is again ignored. That night around the campfire, Paul informs them of the legend of Jason Voorhees and how the townspeople believe that Jason is in fact alive and living off wild animals and vegetation in the wilderness. After a prank by one of the trainees, Paul told them to forget the legend, saying that it was in fact a legend and nothing more. As the counselors turned in for the night, a familiar figure shows up at camp. Crazy Ralph, who wasn't satisfied in town, again pedaled out to camp to warn them all. He watches Paul and Ginny in their cabin, and is about to go tell them about it when an unseen killer sneaks up behind him and strangles him to a tree with barbed wire. The next day, the training begins, and afterward, everyone is relaxing at the lake. Sandra, one of the trainees, wants to visit Camp Crystal Lake, especially since it is off limits. She convinces her boyfriend Jeff to go with her and they sneak off to camp. However, a local policeman catches them and takes them back to Paul. The officer, not happy with the whole situation, tells Paul that "things have been quiet for five years and we want to keep it that way." He warns Paul that they are "too close" and then threatens a warrant before leaving. On his way back to town, a dark, mysterious figure runs in front of the officer's car. The officer chases the figure deep into the woods. After a long chase, the officer comes to a clearing in the woods, which reveals an old, pieced-together, beat-up, run-down old cabin. Once inside, the officer can't find anything, but then the figure sneaks up behind him and sticks a hammerclaw in the back of his head. That night, Paul gives everybody one last night on the town before the "real training" is set to begin. All but six go-- Scott, Terry, Vicki, Mark, and Jeff and Sandra, who were forced to stay behind as punishment for running off. With everyone else inside, Terry decides to go skinny-dipping. However, she is not alone out there, as Scott peeps in on her and steals her clothes. When Terry comes out, she chases Scott until he gets caught in a booby-trapped snare and is hung upside down. Scott apologizes to Terry, who forgives him and goes to try to find a knife to cut him down. When she comes back, she finds Scott with his throat slit and then also gets killed. Meanwhile, in town at the local bar, Paul, Ginny, and Ted discuss the legend of Jason Voorhees. Paul and Ted think it's a load of crap, but Ginny is not convinced either way whether or not the legend is true. She points out that if Jason were alive, he would be full-grown by now and that by seeing his mother beheaded, he would have lost the only person who ever loved him. He would no doubt be out for revenge. Back at the lodge, Vickie and the wheelchair-bound Mark agree to shack up together for the night, and Vickie goes to her cabin to prepare. While Vickie is away, Mark goes out to the porch and watches a blinding thunderstorm. Then he gets macheted in the face and rolls backward down a back staircase. The killer then struck Jeff and Sandra next. They since went to the bedroom and were having sex, when the killer snuck up on them and impaled them together with a spear through the bed. Vickie returns, only to find Jeff and Sandra dead. The killer, now revealed as the pillowcase-wearing Jason Voorhees, kills Vickie as well. Paul and Ginny return to the lodge to get some sleep, and leave the others at the bar. After finding the place empty, Paul is attacked in the darkness by Jason. As Ginny moves in to get a closer look, Jason pops up and chases her out into the woods. After chasing her back and forth in and out of the woods and then back in again, Ginny comes to a familiar clearing in the woods, once again revealing Jason's run-down old cabin. There, Ginny discovers the head of Mrs. Voorhees, surrounded by all her dead friends on Jason's altar of terror. With Jason fast approaching, Ginny dons the dirty old sweater of Mrs. Voorhees and prepares herself for the final battle with Jason...

השלישי:

"You can't be alive!!!!" Jason survives his encounter with Ginny and leaves his cabin behind. He makes his way to a local store in town, where he steals himself a new set of clothes and then kills the storeowner and his wife, embarking on a 3-D killing spree. The next day, a group of friends head out for a weekend excursion at Higgins Haven, the summer home of Chris and her family. The group is comprised of Chris, her boyfriend Rick, Andy and his pregnant girlfriend Debbie, the dope-smokin' Chuck and his girlfriend Chili, and the obese prankster Shelly. They are out to have fun and help Chris forget her past demons. Later that day, Shelly and Vera borrow Rick's car and go to the store. However, thanks to a motorcycle gang, they get more than they bargained for and wind up "accidentally" driving into their motorcycles. The lead biker, Ali, punches out the windshield and driver's side window, before Shelly speeds off down the road. When Shelly and Vera returned, Rick is enfuriated at the damage to his car, and he and Chris drive off in his car to get away from everyone. The bikers then tail them back to Higgins, where they siphon all of the gas out of Chris' van and prepare to set the barn on fire, in an effort to even the score. But what Ali and his two fellow bikers, Fox and Loco, didn't count on was meeting the town legend, Jason Voorhees, who was hiding out in the barn. One by one, they all fell to Jason's wrath. Rick and Chris find a shady spot deep in the woods, and that is where Chris comes clean about her past. She has a flashback and tells Rick that one night, after a great date, Rick dropped her off at home really late. Her parents were up waiting for her, and angered by her defiance, started a huge argument that sent Chris running off into the woods. Wanting them to admit their fault, Chris stayed outside all night and that's when she met him. While she was sitting by an old oak tree, she was attacked by a hideous-looking man who tried to kill her with a knife. The next thing she remembers is waking up the next morning in her own bed, safe. Nothing has been said of it since. Chris then told Rick that all she wants to do is forget it, but she can't forget that horrible face ever. Meanwhile, back at Higgins, Shelly continues to play pranks on the others, and scares Vera half to death at the lake, wearing a hockey mask and toting a speargun. Shelly leaves and then Vera mistakenly drops Shelly's wallet (which she had at the store) into the lake. When she retrieves it, she notices a man returning to the lake wearing a mask and holding the speargun, but by the time she realizes it is not Shelly, she winds up with a spear in her eye, and she falls dead into the lake. The man behind the mask is now revealed as Jason Voorhees, who is continuing his grisly mass murder spree. Jason then goes into the house and goes after the others. Andy, who was walking on his hands, bumps into a machete-holding Jason, who immediately cuts Andy in half with one swing of the machete. Debbie, who didn't hear any of this, comes out of the bathroom after a shower and is looking for Andy. She lays down in their hammock reading a magazine, when blood starts dripping onto the magazine. She looks up and sees Andy in two pieces, but before she can do anything, Jason grabs her from under the hammock and sticks a knife up through her neck. Jason then cut the power to the house, prompting Chili to force Chuck to go fix it in the basement. Once in the basement, Chuck finds the fusebox and turns it back on, but when the lights come back on, Jason is revealed standing right behind him. Chuck, who was wasted, had no time to react to Jason, who threw Chuck right onto the fusebox, electrocuting him instantly. With the lights flashing, Chili goes to find Andy and Debbie, but instead finds them dead. Screaming, she runs back downstairs, right into the waiting arms of Jason Voorhees, who stabs her in the stomach with a red-hot fireplace poker. Later, Chris and Rick return to Higgins to find the place deserted. They knew something was up, but could not figure out what. When they split up to look around, Jason quietly grabs Rick and crushes his head until his eyes popped out. Chris, now scared out of her mind, does not know what to do. Then, all of a sudden, Rick's body comes flying through a window. Chris, running to Rick, cannot believe that her boyfriend his dead. Then, she looks back and climbing through the window is the hockey-mask wearing Jason Voorhees. Chris, trying to escape, runs through the house and finds her other friends dead. With Jason in hot pursuit, Chris jumps out the second-floor window and makes her way to her van. However, halfway down the path, her van stalls on a bridge (because the bikers siphoned out all of the gas). She tries to start it again, but it won't go. By the time she realizes that the gas is low and switches to a reserve tank, the old, shoddy bridge collapses under the weight of the van. Jason then attacks her through the window and her only means of escape is to roll up the window on Jason's arms and face. Jason, using the mask, headbutts the window and shatters it, and he continues on the prowl. With no other options, Chris is forced to flee back to the barn, unaware that this man is the exact same monster that attacked her in the past...
