- Computer won´t start. safe mode

My computer (Sony Vaio) is stuck in safe mode. I cannot make it restart. It will not give me the desk top . Please help

Turn Off your computer, or restart, and press F8!!! don´t hold the button, just press and press... after the startup will appear, click NORMAL... I hope that thats will help...
