Hi, I am usually a passive reader, but I wanted to make you aware of weight watchers new system. I reside in the USA. I am 34 years old, and I have a 2 years old toddler, and a 5 months old baby. With my second one I gained a lot of weight, and it was hard for me to shake it off. After the birth I was left with 15 unwanted and unneeded kilos. I lost 8 kilos with moderate diet, but got stuch. I joined weight watchers 3 weeks ago. I tried their new system, called "turn around points". Instead of counting daily points and flex points, on the new plan you can eat as much as you want a few core foods (including fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, lean meat etc.) This plan is terrific for me, I am nursing so I feel more hungry during certain hours of the day, I am also a vegeterian, so I rely on beans and grains to provide me with minerals and vitamins. I dropped one pants size in 3 weeks. I feel great, my milk supply did not decrease. I am happy with this plan. I didn't see if weight watchers israel has this plan, but I suggest you look for it.
