Hi Nomi.....godesh is part of the protection mechanism. If the breast gets too full, either becuase the baby is not breastfeeding well or not breastfeeding at all, then it produces a substance which tells your brain to produce less milk. It is not the antibiotic which causes the problem, but the godesh itself. I do not understand why you took antibiotic for godesh. IN any case, you should see a yoetset hanaka who will make sure that the baby is latching well on the breast, draining the breast efficiently, and will surely tell you that if you start breastfeeding more often, your milk will come back. If the baby is not latching well, then pumping will help.
