לפי דף הפייסבוק הברזיאלי של רד הוט Famillia rhcp האלבום החדש נדחה עקב המצב הבריאותי של אביו של אנתוני בלאקי דאמט. בלאקי שכבר בגיל 80+ עזב לא מזמן את לוס אנג'לס וחזר לגור במישיגן. הנה מה שפרסמה פגי (אמא של אנתוני) בנושא:
A little Blackie update for all. Blackie is back living in Michigan. He is about ten minutes from me. He has a new best friend, Carly. She has been living with Blackie now for a week. As he states, "we love each other."
To Blackie's friends (and John Kiedis): please understand that as we get older, it is sometimes difficult to remember things. Blackie and I are at that point in our lives. I post on his behalf, because it is too difficult for him to do so. I promise you all that I will keep you updated. Blackie is enjoying life in Michigan, especially now that he has his new dog. He has been a part of my life for 56 years. We have a wonderful son who does everything in his power to keep our lives happy and peaceful. That is why Anthony helped his father move back to Michigan. When we get older, there is no place like home. Please don't sent friend requests. As I promised, I will keep you informed of Blackie's Michigan adventures.
