סעיף 3.1.1 (a), אני מניח שרכשתם את הכרטיס הזול ביותר go light אז סעיף ii או iii רלוונטים לכם כתוב בפירוש:
a) Penalties - Changes / Cancellations:
i. Flex Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route, at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is no extra charge.
ii. GoLight Fare (Y, B, M, H Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route at any time with a charge of €40 (per passenger and per direction) at the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €40 (per passenger and flight segment).
It is allowed only for the same fare group as the original (GoLight). In case of no-show, there is a charge of €50.
iii. GoLight Fare (Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route at any time with a charge of €40 (per passenger and per direction) at the same booking class or to the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €40 (per passenger and flight segment). It is allowed only for the same fare group as the original (GoLight). In case of no-show, there can be no change in the date, flight or route.
