ברוב המדינות חל איסור חמור על הכנסת אוכל טרי
או שאינו ארוז הרמטית (כלומר, נארז במפעל). גם על אוכל שארוז הרמטית יש הגבלות.
מוצרי מזון ארוזים ויבשים בד"כ אין בעיה להכניס.
בכל מקרה, רק במזוודה ולא בתיק שעולה לקבינה.

ואם רוצים שלא יתקלקל גם יום ואפילו יומיים. להעביר מייד לאחר הבישול או הטיגון או האפייה שחם ולוהט לכלי אטום מומלץ Lock&Lock ולהכניס מייד לפריזר. התהליך גורם לאוכל להיות יותר ממפוסטר ומעוקר מחיידקים. האריזה תהיה בעצמה בואקום ויהיה קשה לפתוח את המכסה. אפשר לחלק לכמה קופסאות כאלה.
הכוונה שהקופסה נשטפה עם מים רותחים ומעבירים את האוכל מהסיר ישירות לקופסה. סוגרים מכסה ומניחים בתוך הפריזר.
