Seller don't answer me in ebay!
So i lost all my money if you don't help me now, because Ebay even don't help me!!!
I buy a drill, this one: Titan-TTB631SDS-Plus-Rotary-Hammer-Drill-1500W-230-240V
I was very happy for the price and wait for it until now.
When it came to israel The customs stop the drill and ask invoice, seller provide me some invoice after a week and after alot's of talk with custom they ask me to came to Tel-Aviv city to take the parcel, I say them that i came!
Now, I live in Nahariya City, in train it's take 2 hours to go to Tel-Aviv city and 2 hours to go back and it's cost 18$.
Now, i already pay 55$ for shiping this drill, so i think it's not ok that i drive, pay more 18$ and lost one day from my life for this.
I buy all the time from aliexpress, and all the time i get the parcel to my door and some times to post office unit in Nahariya, my city!
Now, one day past from talk with customs, and Then in the day after, in 16/8/2017 i think mybe they can deliver my parcel to post office unit in Nahariya? and why they don't do it? They get invoice.
So i send them mail with this reqwest in 16/8/2017 and say them that i pay for shiping already 200ils (55$), so please send me the parcel to my post office unit in Nahariya.
i even ask them to move tge parcel to a close city like Hifa that they have there a Customs unit too.
I say to custom in this mail that i pay all what that i need to pay!!!
This is a copy from the confirm mail that i get to my turn to custom:
"To: Kati Sneh (my wife)
We hereby confirm that your response to this matter is: Regarding the release of package Ea134089490be and further to your reply to the call number 901964
Received on 16/08/2017, and forwarded for processing.

All of this was before that 14 days from the firt message i get about the parcel was past, that why i don't rush to drive to tel-aviv custom to take my parcel, (they write that after 14 days only they return the parcel if not asking!!!).
Until now i don't get answer from tel-aviv customs and more then this, they take my parcel on there on mind and ship it back to seller against my will!!! They do it in 16/8/2017 afternon!!!
The israeli customs in tel-aviv even lie in the information of the track number and write that i Refuse to get the parcel! And that attemp to deliver was made!!! That all lies of customs!!!
The true is that the Custom Refuse to give me the parcel, that why the parcel never came to Nahariya city, Custom hold it all the time!!!

Just go to 17Track site please and see the customs israeli lies on the track number information. You can see there that parcel never came to nahariya!!! So how can delivery attempt was made if the parcel is in tel-aviv city and i in nahariya city?! Lies on lies!!!
if i know they get crazy like this from my question about EMS payments and about my request to move the parcel to nahariya - i was gdrive to tel-aviv in 15/8/2017 and take it!!!
because of this and the payment they ask to pay to EMS, i ask from seller to help me with this drive and with the pay that EMS ask me to pay them for Custom brokerage, even that me and seller say them we don't ship in EMS! They say all Express parcels are goes to israel with EMS shiping service, and claim there paiment.
Seller refuse to help me with this! not with the pay and not with a call to customs or EMS company. I just ask from seller to help me with 9£ refund to make me happy with all of this lost that came to me because this drive and EMS payment.
Now, i realy want this drill, i cry to see that my parcel return to seller!!! it's make me so much sad!!! I Cursing israeli customs and send them more mails why they do it?! No answer for now!
Seller need to get his 43£ for shiping if he lost them, it's not his fault we have here a nazi customs!!! I just want refund for the drill cost that back to seller, and he get it back so just refund me the drill cost that i pay, it's 64.95£ from this total payment.
please help me with this, i just want to continue with my life and close this sad case :/
And Please! if there is a way to resend the parcel, Please resend it!!! I just drive to tel-aviv to take it from this nazi customs.
If can't resend, and it's look like seller can't resend and that why he don't answer me...
So just help me with the refund, and when the seller get the parcel back, just refund me please.

How One God reveal this israeli customs lies!!!
In 16/8/2017 i send my wife to our post office unit in Nahariya city that called "Shikun Memshalti" and there the clerk that she's name is 'Tova' that know us well, she don't talk with us about this parcel at all!!! Because it's never came to Nahariya!!!
We was more 3 time there in the last 2 weeks and send parcels back to china because seller lie about the android version, he say it's android 7.0 and we see it android 6.0!!! Although i know it when i get the first phone - i don't Refuse to take the 3 phones from post office!!! I never refuse!!! I all the time take parcel and after that i talk with seller if there is some problem!!! Like in this phone case, and only after that i send back to seller. Never Refuse by me!!!
